This support group is for those dealing with Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD), chronic disorders of the small and/or large intestines characterized by inflammatory changes in the intestinal tissue. Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis are two of the major types of IBD.
This support group is offered in partnership with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America to improve the quality of life through education and support for people with IBD-related digestive diseases.
Meetings feature a guest speaker and are held the second Thursday in the months of January, March, May, July, September and November.
6:30 pm at the Surgery Center of Quincy waiting area, on the third foor of 1118 Hampshire, Quincy.
