Volunteering
Volunteer hosts and hostesses are on duty from 8 am to 8 pm seven days a week. Our four hour shifts are 8 am to Noon, Noon to 4 pm, and 4 pm to 8 pm Duties of the volunteer include guest registration and check-out, reservations, and informing guests about local resources. You may serve one shift per month or more.

Gift certificates:
The Quincy Hospitality House also accepts gift certificates which can be used at our local retailers to purchase items for our guests or supplies to help lower our costs. Make a donation
The Blessing Foundation accepts charitable gift on behalf of the Quincy Hospitality House. Donations made to the House help cover operating expenses, provide funds for lodging grants and other special needs of the House. If you would like to make a gift to the House, you can mail a gift to the Blessing Foundation at PO Box 7005, Quincy, IL, 62305. Please note “Quincy Hospitality House” on your check.
The Foundation also accepts online donations. Please note, in the second tab – Donation Information – please select Blessing Hospital as the Hospital and Quincy Hospitality House as the beneficiary as shown here. Once you complete all three tabs, the Foundation staff can process your donation and you will receive an acknowledgement of your gift.
