The Blessing FastCare clinic opened February 1, 2010 in Quincy’s ShopKo store at 3200 Broadway. Blessing FastCare offers an alternative to an Emergency Center visit for many basic, non-life threatening health conditions when a doctor’s office visit is not possible. FastCare services cost less than an Emergency Center visit, $54 and most insurance is accepted. View list of managed care/insurance plans.

- Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
- Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Holidays, 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

- Allergies
- Athlete’s Foot and ringworm
- Cold and flu symptoms
- Cold sores and fever blisters
- Ear infections including Swimmer’s ear
- Rashes - Impetigo, insect bites,
mild poison ivy (no shots)
- Minor burns/sunburns
- Sinus infections
- Sore throat
- Sports, school and camp physicals
- Uninary tract infections

- Abdominal pain
- Broken bones
- Chronic pain
- Conditions requiring stitches, incisions, lancing
- Immunizations
- Injuries from falls
- Pre-employment physical requiring drug testing
- Sexually transmitted disease (STD) screening
- Vaginal pain or complaints
- Well-child or well-woman exams
- Workman's Comp claims
FastCare providers do not provide:
- Shots
- Medication refills
- X-rays

Lab services for Monospots, pregnancy testing, Rapid strep and Urinalysis (no drug testing) are also available.
Patients must be 18 months or older. Minors (18 years and younger) must be accompanied by parent or responsible adult with permission to treat letter.
Blessing FastCare patients receive care from certified physician assistants Ella Callison, Tiffanny Connolly, Alan McMullin, Jessica Shrock. They are certified by the National Commission on Certification of the Physician Assistant.

Ella Callison is a graduate of the Masters of Science in physician assistant studies program of Des Moines University in Des Moines, IA. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology with a minor in psychology from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO. She has also completed studies in the basic and paramedic level EMT program through the Adair County Ambulance District in Kirksville, MO.
Tiffany Connolly is a graduate of the Masters in Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies program of Midwestern University, Downers Grove, IL. She also holds a Masters of Biomedical Sciences from Midwestern University. Connolly comes to Blessing FastCare from Central DuPage Hospital, Winfield, IL.
Alan McMullin is a graduate of the Riverside County Regional Medical Center/Riverside Community College Physician Assistant Program, Riverside, CA. He comes to Blessing FastCare from a physician assistant position in the Emergency Department at St. John’s Hospital, Springfield, IL. He is also a veteran of the United States Army, where he was head technician for ophthalmic surgery and a member of the cardiac team at Brooks Army Medical Center, San Antonio, TX.
Jessica Schrock is a graduate of Gannon University, Erie, PA with a Masters in Physician Assistant Sciences and a minor in Psychology. Schrock comes to Blessing FastCare from Pennsylvania.
Richard Saalborn, DO, medical director, Blessing Hospital Emergency Center, serves as Medical Director of Blessing FastCare.
FastCare is a retail health clinic exclusive to Bellin Health, based in Green Bay, WI, and Shopko Stores, also based in Green Bay, WI. Those organizations partner with healthcare providers to operate FastCare clinics nationwide.
